Christoph J. Schröder

Christoph is looking back at more than 20 years experience in consulting, sales/ new business development, business management and strategic planning with international experience in Europe (Germany, France, Italy) and Emerging Markets (Morocco, Russia & CIS). For several years, has has been leading various multi-cultural organisations in business expansion efforts (business launch in Italy and Morocco, market de development in Russia) and restructuring efforts with focus on sales & marketing organisations. Since end of 2017, Christoph has been regularly working with a North American based, privately owned company (professional training services) supporting them in their launch - and meanwhile management - of their European business.

Because of his passion for people development, Christoph certified as Professional Coach from iPEC (‘Leading as Coach’), specialising in transition coaching of managers.

Christoph speaks fluently German (native speaker), English, French and Italian and has intermediate language skills in Spanish and Russian. 

In his free time, Christoph is active in outdoor activities like hiking, water sports, biking and skiing and plays tenor saxophone (blues and funk).
